How does this can do with only a single layer of earpro? I’m normay doubled up with nfmi plugs and amps at a match because of people with brakes…. But if I were to take this can hunting or on a range day, how would it do with only a single layer?

You’d be more than fine. I shot next to 5 or 6 NHS’s at an NRL recently and they were more quiet than my Scythe STM with anchor brake that I hunt with bare ear and practice with just muffs year round.

That is great to hear. I’m always wearing at least one layer of earpro.

Yeah they’re a hair loud for no ear pro but single is plenty good in my opinion.

I agree. After years of big 30s and brakes I’m a little loose on louder cans and no ear pro hunting. It’s definitely a lesser evil lol

I cant believe I ever happily got on a firing line packed with apa bastards and 419 brakes on every rifle.. At the zero board last weekend guy got on the bench 8' to my side and the gas from the CHAD was hitting me in the face. F that noise! So glad the industry is progressing on these recoil focused cans.
