I’ve ordered with UM a hand full of times and each time I’ve had a question. The staff has been great, helping me navigate my own stupidity. More companies should take notes. Keep it up guys!!

I’ve seen claimed where their CS hasn’t been the best too. One guy who seems to be quite a staunch UM advocate was getting quite the run around over his rifle action order, hope that worked out for him….And the RokStock has certainly involved some growing pains….So I’m not sure UM CS is a perfect model.

My personal experience…it’s just one order. UM sent me the wrong item. Emailed them and they overnighted the correct item and return label. Pretty solid there, imo.

I ordered some 300PRC from them while i was drinking at the pool in Kauai (this isn't a relevant point but just point to how I spend my money when drinking Pina-colada's) , it came before their stated lead time, at the time. I just ordered some SRS arca / Pic rails and they took maybe longer then one would expect by say 3-4 business days ( I wasn't in a rush ) and I had a hand written note from Holly stating they were sorry for the delay and it was waiting on a restock....

Nothing but good things to say and growing and expanding while having exposure on the most popular hunting/shooting forum plus a podcast.

I was quoted 5 months for a part from a different company ( who is WILDLY POPULAR AND USED) 10 months ago.....and the response I got after 2-3 emails back and forth were all conflicting......... UM seems to be doing great and would recommend to anyone.
