Unique Taxidermy Displays - What Do You Guys Have?

Is that ocotillo in the bottom? If so, what are you doing with it? My daughter saved some from NM and has in a vase, she plans to run some lights through it.

It’s actually old dried out cholla cactus - don’t really have a plan other than leaning it were it is. I’ve picked up a bunch and have given quite a few to my taxidermist and he uses them in scenery and pedestal mounts

Chollos, oh how I hate those.


I don’t have anything unique but my brother found a moose paddle that something had been chewing on. He wants to get a porcupine done and make it look like it’s chewing on it. I hope he does it one day.

Does anyone have skull capped moose displays

I put mine on the wall while waiting for the hide to get finished before my shoulder mount was ready. Almost wish I would have left it like this instead of finishing the shoulder mount.
