UM TIKKA Scope Rings

Hi. Got my t3x rebarreled to a t3x lite hybrid countour. Havnet got it yet.. About 2mm wider than normal lite profile and a bit more shank am i told. Got a zeiss HT 3-12x56 scope. Ordered the medium UM rings, but afraid i need high.

Input?
Don’t hold your breath on getting them. I ordered mine the first week of January and still haven’t seen them

Does anyone know if the low 34mm rings will fit with a Leupold 4.5-18x52 (or 6-24x52 since it's the same tube) on a Tikka factory lite contour?
No, they will not clear. I just confirmed this today.

Hello, I recently purchased a Tikka T3x Lite Stainless, threaded in .270 Win (Left Handed) in addition to a SWFA 3-9x42mm SS HD with a 30mm tube and just wanted to confirm that I would need the Unknown Munition Tikka rings in 30mm (obviously) / Low configuration?

Ring height will depend on your stock, head position/shooting style preference etc... but low is what I would peronally use. I have the same scope in lows on a Lite and fits just fine with room to spare :)

Edit: sorry, I am now remembering that rifle has Warne rings (low) on an SRS rail mount... I would think low UM rings would still be fine, 42mm is not a huge objective. Just wanted to clarify!

Can you set the rifle in a rest, stack coins on the action and set the scope on them, them set up behind the rifle and check what height works for you? A tight wrap of painters tape around the setup should hold it in place enough to get up on it with shoulder/cheek for final confirmation.
