UM tikka ring help

Looking to grab some rings for my new tikka roughtech. Pretty well decided on Uknown munitions tikka rings, but ran into a sizing snafu.

Gun will have a viper pst gen 1 4-16x50 mounted for now, but that scope will get replaced sometime this summer with a maven rs1.2

If I get medium rings to fit the 50mm and roughtech barrel profile, it feels like putting the smaller 44mm objective in them in the future will leave me higher then neccesary.

Can anyone tell me 2 things, will um lows work with a 50mm objective? (Doubt it will with the roughtech, not ultralight profile barrel), do the lows fit a 44mm objective for sure?

I'm almost leaning towards putting a rail on this gun for now, so I can start load development and break in, then get the proper UM rings when I buy the maven to replace this vortex.

Any advice?

Not sure barrel profile from roughtech to CTR but my 50mm credo on my CTR barrel profile with med rings. Can barely slide a nickle under it. I sawpped to a 50mm tenmile but spacing is same. Added the victor cheek riser and made it perfect height.

Lows fit the 44mm. I run the UM Tikka lows on my Roughtech barrel with the Maven Rs1.2. Even with the flip up lens cap installed they clear.
