Sportsmatch Ring Height for 56mm Objective

Looking for some info if anyone can help. I am looking at putting a 56mm objective scope, 30mm tube, on a T3X Lite with the factory barrel.

I am wondering if anyone has done this (or similar) with a set of soortsmatch tikka rings. Just wondering if I should use the Medium or High rings. I’d like to mount as low as possible.

I understand I could go with a set of UM rings, but the medium 30mm rings are out of stock.

You will need highs which I'm pretty sure are ht073s. These are the to84 mediums with a trijicon 50mm obj and it barely clears with the scope all the way forward. I actually have a pair of used ht073s in pretty good shape, send me a pm and I can message you some pics if you are interested
