UM Tikka Ring Design Change?

Thank you for you kind and respectful email Matt. As my reply said, I will get 2 brand new sets of rings out to you first thing tomorrow morning, NDA with FedEx this time so there aren't any more issues with USPS

I have been patient, kind and respectful in all of my communications. Crap happens i get that. I know UM turns out great products I own a few. However this was the first time directly with UM (and Rokstock at about the same time).

My Mickey Mouse comment wasn't the facility, it felt like production had changed and people started using parts bins to build rings to not lose profit. I see now thats not what happened. As you said , you agreed 100% to make things right. Which I appreciate and is great customer service. It was just not a great first experience all around i guess. Sounds like the issues have been fixed. Maybe I appeared more annoyed about the situation than I was, its hard to gauge people's attitudes online. To be clear I will continue to do business with UM. I was only trying to share my experience on a thread I didnt start. I saw someone else did which opened the opportunity. I will always share both positives and negatives. Again thank you Jake for the prompt response on a Sunday morning and a quick resolution.
