Rightly or wrongly, this is what comes to my mind when someone is referred to as a hype man:

So he posts a stock in a stock thread knowing that the only currently available Rokstok Lite stocks are the wooden Tikka prototypes and describes the rifle so he doesn't have the requisite 10 posts of questions of what caliber, what length, what suppressor, what, what, what... and this makes him a "hype man"? The guy is damned if he doesn't show the new projects and now he is condemned for showing them. Some of you guys are too much.

The point of the picture was the scale. It couldn’t possibly be because the stock, barrel length and bore, and suppressor- are the only things that aren’t known weight wise- could it? There a couple wraps of tape on the barrel- I’ll have to get back to you on brand and thickness. I also was wearing Inov8 shoes.

The mini action has definitely been discussed and is in the running for a near future project. There’s a few logistics involved, but it’s on the list of possibilities.

Our goal as a receiver manufacturer is to fill voids in the industry and produce high quality, hunting specific actions. A mini certainly checks off those boxes.

Fingers crossed for something capable of supporting 6mm GT (2.64" COL).

Oxi clean is a great product and if you ask that guy there's nothing else like it on the market.

OxiClean is an exceptionally well-marketed product containing a decent percentage of sodium percarbonate. There are many, many other options on the market (we have been using this for some years now). Straight percarbonate is available from chemical or laundry suppliers. When added to water, it turns into hydrogen peroxide and washing soda.

I wish there were an independent lab for the gun industry that actually tested things as aggressively as Form does. His diet seems to be some Keto-subset of the flesh of Sacred Cows.

I'm certain his life would be easier if he just did what's normal, and tell everyone how badass he is for shooting a big magnum or the coolest new cartridge, only buying the most expensive optics, posting his camo de jure on Instagram each season, seeking celebrity, or by monetizing his work.

The fact that he doesn't do any of those things, at the cost of immense internet hate and a lot of personal wealth, while simply trashing anything that doesn't perform under repeated testing and field evaluation, while also sharing that data with everyone freely, actually gives him a lot more credibility in my estimation.
