I’m glad you like it! It’s pretty great.

I really thought it might be trying to do too much and would just be average at what it claims to do. But it’s a great generalist tool — it does multiple things well.

I don’t disagree getting over half a pound. But 2.5 ounces for our bag doesn’t seem too excessive in judgment for the benefit.

I am going to test a game bag/rear bag for myself. I may offer a bag shaped like ours to fill with game bags. I can definitely see why a guy would cut everywhere.

@atmat I work really hard on some products ideas to make them actually useful and not a gimmick.

The SSS Pillow is absolutely one of my favorites and changed my comfort level. As a pillow it completely changed this old man’s sleep. And, as a cushion it improves everything about sitting cause my butt thins out as my gut grows.

Only my socks and underwear get used more hours, hahaha. Here is how I use it as a pillow. I prefer using a neck gaiter as a pillow case.

Oh I totally agree. I love mine. Like I said, it does several things well.

Honestly it’s worth it for the glassing butt pad alone.

Do you use/wear a bino harness? If so, skip the rear bag and use your harness.

It’s good that the triple s pillow has three uses in my kit then, Not too many items we carry do. My TAG bags in a stuff sack don’t really work as well for….a versatile rear shooting rest, pillow, or seat.

I just got in two 'Taylor Was Here' rear bags, 'The Answer' and 'The Compromise'. Deceptively simple, these have changed my understanding of what a rear bag should be able to do, and how to use them - I now realise that all of my prior rear bags are too wide for gripping properly.

Your kill kit stuffed into a good bag works well. I keep spare blades, tiny bone saw and backup headlamp in one game bag. Then wrap all the others around it. Take the ball and stuff it into a good bag and you have a shooting bag that you needed to pack anyway.

Control of the rifle, recoil management is huge. Look at the rear bags of bench rest and ELR. It is about containing recoil straight back.

The Hunter’s Wedge by LRO, the Mini Tacky, the Tacky Sack, Ultralight, and our flat bag are all shaped in different ways to serve the same purpose.

We are going to release a pocket version of our ultralight bag that weighs less than one ounce. Use it exactly like that.
