ULA/NULA Model 28 Thread Pitch?

Picked up a used ULA 28 in .338 Win Mag - barrel is threaded and came that way from Melvin - anybody know what thread pitch he used? I’d call him, but do t have a good number.

Probably 1/2-28.

I know this is an old thread but ran across it in a search. I had to figure this one out myself on my 338 ULA. Mine is 9/16x28.
