UL Puffy pants anyone use these?

I was looking at these wondering the same. I don’t think they’ll quite fit the “puffy pants” use case but more of a high warmth mid layer? There’s not much out there on them.

Yea that was my concern, when companies don’t put extensive specs on their website it makes me hesitant to buy

All the user reviews I've seen on aerogel clothing have said that it doesn't hold up well over time. Aerogel is a solid and apparently fairly delicate. I remember in particular people said that their aerogel gloves were useless after just a few days of wear.

Agree. While I don’t have this clothing, I have messed around with Aerogel some and I can’t imagine this would last longer than a day or two in a pack. Even less moving in them. It’s pretty fragile.

Without side zips, you have to take your boots off to get them on/off.

I don't know the ones you are talking about....

I use the Kuiu side Zip off pants and really like them.

Not durable fabric...I wouldn't do much walking in them....but for sitting and glassing or extra warmth when you really need it the puffy pants are awesome.
