We are talking about 18-24 inches![]()
Me either. Shooting at a target/animal 832 yards away and I'm gonna figure "No it's 832 1/2 yards from my scope so I will account for that". How much do you allow for the difference in 18" in a FFP scope?I honestly have no idea what we are talking about.

Man people would be really pissed that I pick the average elevation of where I am hunting to generate a dope card. If we are trying to account for a difference between the turret and the end of the barrel, people will be shocked to hear about the mule deer I center punched at 650 yards this year at 6500 feet, with a dope card that was calibrated for 8000 feet.Me either. And if it was 34* instead of 59*? They would want you to wait until 3 pm when it will be 59* to take the shot I guess.Man people would be really pissed that I pick the average elevation of where I am hunting to generate a dope card.
