Sig Kilo5k connectivity to Kestrel 5700

Hey guys, trying to link my Sig KILO5K to my Kestrel 5700 Hornady 4DOF. They connect via Bluetooth (Kestrel in “Device” mode, KILO in BDX-X), but no range data transfers when I range a target (Range field highlighted on Kestrel).

Cleared pairings, fresh batteries, etc.—no luck. Read that SIG kilo5k might only fully work with Applied Ballistics Kestrels due to protocol differences.

Anyone actually gotten a KILO5K to send ranges automatically to a 4DOF Kestrel? Or is an AB version required? Thanks!

I have the cheaper kestrel ballistics and a kilo3k. If I remember correctly ive got to be on the ballistics page on kestrel for it to send the data. But its been a while since I messed with it.
