Turmeric?

so just wanted to jump back into this thread because root of the discussion has been "how to deal with inflammation"

Sauna..

I'm currently researching how I can get a sauna at my house. They can be a little pricey but they're basically all in one. They are heat stress inductors which is on the same playing field as intense cardio and weight lifting session, they help our bodies naturally detoxify through sweat production, and lastly they're generally relaxing if you can get your mind focused on something other than the intense heat
I like the steam room more personally cause it doesn't dry me out as much, but its the same concept.

I notice a difference in my overall health and wellness taking turmeric.

Along with fish oil and a multivitamin. My weightlifting and cardio recover feels easier. Maybe it's all in my head but it feels better so it's good enough for me!

Turmeric has virtually no bioavailibility through your digestive system.

My wife uses the turmeric from Costco, swears by it. To also help relieve inflammation and joint pain, it helps to reduce processed sugars in foods, you'd be surprised at the amount of different food that has sugar in it

I think the average person who stays fit (which is not an average thing to do ;)) would be surprised at how many of the issues they have with their body are simply inflammation.

I would highly recommend the tumeric from Costco vs the first Amazon reference above. The active is much higher, 2 capsules vs 3 capsules and better quality. I don't burp up the tumeric flavor either.
