Tru ball goat release

I was hoping to see if anyone is running the goat release and how they like it. I have not shot a hinge before so I am new to that type of release and wanted to know if it would be a better idea to go with a dedicated hinge or if the goat would be a good choice. I have shot back tension releases, but not the hinge style. I wanted it to do double duty for practice and to hunt with, most likely in the button mode though for hunting. I do currently have a nock 2 it and a whisper but thought it would be nice to not have to change my release for hunting.

Did you get to try it as a hinge? Did you shoot it with the three finger set up? That’s good to hear the trigger option is top notch. Thanks for the reply.

I shot it as the three finger button. It wasn’t mine. The guy who had it said the hinge feels exactly the same and no change of point if impact.

Just got to shoot with this release. I see what you mean, it was the crispest trigger release I’ve ever shot.

If anyone is interested in this release I could do a review on it when mine gets in. Certainly not an expert, but could give my two cents.
