Tripod on a budget

Can anyone suggest a good tripod for glassing and digiscoping, something sub $150 and light?

I've been using the Vortex Mountain Pass for a couple years and it's decent. It's my first tripod, so I don't have much to compare it to. I mostly glass off it, but added an ARCA rail to my gun and would feel comfortable shooting game to 200 if I've got time to set up and get real stable.

They're about $150 everywhere you look, but you might find a good deal with Father's Day coming up.

There are Promaster 525 tripods on eBay right now under $100. Make sure you get the carbon fiber version, unless you prefer aluminum for sme reason. Here's one:
