I find green to offer more contrast on an animal personallyGoing to pick up a 3-9 Mil Square soon and I’m curious if there is one better than the other.
I’ve had red illumination in the past and it has worked well for me. I’m just curious if the green offers something better. Thanks.
Think the red is almost to bright? Meaning green may be as usable but “softer” on the eye?I like green, doesn't dominate the view in low light as much as red can in my experience.

I tried taking a few pictures and they were embarrassingly bad. I hung my head in shame and will try again tomorrow. Not trying to be a smartass but you might be able to Google green/red reticles. Even if it's not the same reticle, it should give you an idea of how the colors appear against a target.Long shot maybe. But do you think we could get a picture of a green and a red?
I know phone pictures aren’t going to be the greatest, but maybe something to go by.
I have a credo and can see the 9th/10th setting in broad daylight. I think the reticle being thin overall does make it tougher though
Valid point. And one I’ll take into consideration. My 4 year old says red is better because spiderman is red
