For those with this scope or similar Trijicon with capped turrets, how are the turrets if you take the caps off and just leave them exposed? I would want to dial it occasionally

There is no zero stop, but you could dial with it. I have a 2.5-10 with the exposed top cap since I wanted to dial elevation with a zero stop. But I think these are great scopes especially at that price point
