It seems that many retailers are deeply discounting their Trijicon rifle scopes.
Are they planning to revamp their line? They have already expanded their reticle selection this year, anyone have any insider info?

Dack Outdoors, Gun Zone Deals, even EuroOptic and MidwayUSA.
It seems most retailers are around 30% off msrp. Maybe I'm wrong but Ive been shopping around for a scope and I thought they were all listed for msrp last week.
If thats not their normal selling price, I was assumptively thinking they were trying to dump old stock in preparation for the new new.

It's pretty common for Trijicon scopes to sell for half (or less) of their MSRP from time to time. I looked around and actually think they're a little higher than the usual sales right now.

The margin on scopes (at least some of them) is insane. Dealer cost sometimes is 50% or less of MSRP... In another life I worked the counter/managed a couple different gun shops. I remember seeing Vortex Razor scopes come in, MSRP at $2k+, that cost $1k or less. And we were not a very high volume shop, I can't imagine what a place like Scheels pays for glass.

Pretty rare to see Trijicon on quality sites like EuroOptic at MRSP or very close to it.

Well shoot dang! Sorry for the false alarm, I could have sworn seeing them listed at msrp last week. I guess I shouldnt have got too excited seeing a $700 discount.

MSRP is inflated on Vortex and many other. MAP is the real price point.
