Does anyone have any real world hunting experience with this scope? Would like to pick one up but the poi shift has me skeptical

I have 3 now. They are the 4-16x50 models though. They are solid in my experience. The first one has spent A LOT of time bounching around in my truck and been on a couple pretty rough hunts. There has been no zero shift. I have not dropped any of them but I can say that past scopes have lost zero several times just ridding in my truck. I wasted a lot of ammo trying to solve the mystery back then.

I have a 2.5-10x56 on a 30-06 that has taken some hits and no loss of zero. That being said I dropped it a few days ago from shoulder height due to a sling issue and didn’t check it (not really worried).

How is everyone finding the reticle to thin?

I have two of the 2.5-15x42. Very pleased. I really like the reticle on the MOA version for my uses.

Illuminated, but have killed deer in thick timber with mine with no issue and didn’t have the illum on.
