I’ve gone through phases with the rower for the past several years. Sometimes I’ve been more focused on rowing specific goals, sometimes it’s just my generic cardio and sometimes it’s just to loosen my legs up after lots of hiking or skiing.This is mostly how I've been using it lately. I'm focusing on trail running for the spring / summer, but an easy 6km row has been great for recovery days.
