Thought some of your guys here might enjoy this one. I've personally bounced around how I stay fit for backpack hunts and hunting in general. It's always easier in person, but Scott explained his philosophy in a way to me that made a lot of sense. In many other discussions I have had on the fitness front, things got convoluted quickly. Hope it's helpful.
