Baby wipes. Toilet paper is no comparison.

I heard a secret slider technique is to spray coat the TP with silicone waterproofing spray. That way you don't need a bag or anything.
And the wipes work great as well, just make sure you get the antibacterial ones to keep things clean. Might have to man up a bit to endure the afterburn, but a guy's gotta sanitize I figure.
