Does anyone have any advice for a southerner who has never used tire chains before? I just installed a pair for the first time in my North Alabama driveway to make sure they fit and I can get them installed. I picked up a pair for the rear tires on my Raptor that I'm taking on a mid to late Nov WY elk hunt in a few weeks.
E.g., At what point do you pull over and put chains on? What do you limit your speed to? Do you air down?
