Timney Trigger Howa 1500

I have a Howa 1500 superlite gen 1. I’m not an expert but I’m not dumb. All that I read/researched said the TT 609 would fit a Howa1500 superlite??? The trigger housing is too long and sits under where the rounds are extracted. Looking up through the bottom w no plastic trigger guard I can see it’s too long. Guessing Timney dsnt make one for it?

That is frustrating as I was thinking of swapping mine out. Have you reached out to Timney? I was thinking of the 611 to keep the 3 position safety.

I spoke w a lady and she said I could remove some of the trigger, the portion where it protrudes. NS. I was like no I’m good. I returned it to midway. I might like the trigger if I really get to zero it. Had to send my scope back to leupy twice.

I’d call this guy. He helped me sort out a replacement trigger issue for a Howa Mini. It seemed like he specializes in Howa. He was very professional and responsive, and the trigger has worked great for me.
