Tikkas in 7mm prc?

Found some info on left hand Tikkas in 7mm prc. Was doing a search and they came up in a Zanders search. The numbers are
Manufacturer number JRTXB471122MT
UPC 082442019185

Showed as 'out of stock' but might be a clue that Tikkas are coming in 7mm prc.

That'd be welcome, especially in a vanilla T3X stainless lefty. They should add 6.5PRC in the basic stainless/synthetic model/left hand while they're at it.

Looks like sportsman’s will have the superlite 6.5 prc available in lefty at some point.

Tikka would be so far head the game to dump 243, 22-250, 7rem mag, and swap them out with fast twist 22cm, 6cm and 7prc.

Seen the Beretta rep on snipershide hint at some tikka drops at shot show this year. Be interesting to see what they make available this year. Id be cool with zero new releases because I dont need to want for anymore new shit!

Not yet. But they just posted on instagram a teaser about their new rifle ‘Ace’. No details. Shot show is coming up in a few weeks. I’m sure it’ll be announced then. I can’t imagine they won’t have 7 PRC in the lineup this year.

To bring on the 7 PRC they would need to tool up a new barrel twist as their current barrel twist for 7mm used on the 7mm-08 and 7RM is too slow for the 7mm PRC and the weight bullets loaded in that cartridge.

If you scroll up to post #7 in this thread, it looks like the new 'Ace' model will have a 7 PRC offering.

Also, Google 'Tikka 7 PRC Ace' a few will pop up.

looks like all the t3s will now be threaded. unfortunately looks like they are sticking with 22in plus barrels.

I'd like to see a fast twist 7mm-08 too but I'm not holding my breath on Tikka bringing new stuff to market. I saw how long it took to get the 6.5CM and 6.5 PRC added. They already have an 8 twist 6mm barrel and haven't chambered a 6CM yet. They are still selling 300WSM in and 11 twist when they've has 10 twist 308 barrels for 2 years.
