Tikka TX3 Roughneck

My Tikka has 2 action screws and a third screw towards the front of the stock. Does anyone know what that third screw is for and what it should torque.

I think you are talking about the screw used to attach the accessory forearm.

Ha! They should've called the "Roughneck", that would've been better.

Like @OdinIII said, that's just a threaded whole for accessories (e.g., extra sling stud, forend rail, etc.). No need to torque that screw, it's just filling an empty whole at this point. Here's a view from the back.
