Tikka T3X and Mountain Tactical rail. Is this normal?

Hello, our screws for picatinny rail mounting ar 6-48 X 1/4. That is the optimum length to fit the large majority of Tikka T3/T3X rifles. due to the variance in Tikkas tolerances, sometimes the front screw is just slightly long and interferes with the bolt lugs. In that case it is a simple matter of holding the screw in you fingers and rubbing the end on emery paper or 1200 grit sandpaper on a flat surface to remove a small amount until the interferance is gone.
