Tikka rail mouting screw

I just mounted a vx5 on my new tikka, mounted with Talley direct mounts, torqued everything down and noticed the front rail screw sticking into the action, doesn’t seem to be rubbing the bolt just curious if this is normal. Picture of said screw black dot in front
