If you look at the barrel stamp relative to the stock on those stocks it looks like the one on the right covers more of the barrel stamp than the one on the left. Yet the bolt release inlet is the same. On my stock that barrel stamp is partially covered and the bolt release inlet is like yours. I’ve notice those variations on other pictures posted. I’m not griping about it as it seems like that is simply what we refer to as “ tolerances”. I also had to grind some material in front of the lug for my barrel and add shims under my bottom metal to get my magazine to function.
The picture is a bit deceiving because the guns are tilted at opposite angles and have different shadow effects but also i wouldn't look into barrel stamps much as these are aftermarket barrels of different contours with different markings. Even with factory barrels, i'm not sure they'd all be clocked exactly the same?
Far as I can tell visually, the action fits in both the same.
