After reading and watching some poor reviews on Tikka 7prc and shooting poorly and the rifles are just and they are traded off. I have questioned.

Has anyone had a tikka that shoots poorly and has sent it in? If so, how was the experience?

To directly answer your question, no.

But I did have a tikka that did not shoot to my satisfaction. I did not send it in for a couple reasons, the main reason being that a 3-shot 1-moa accuracy guarantee is nothing more than a worthless joke of a marketing gimmick. Simply because a three shot 1 inch group happens every once in a while even with a dud. So by the letter of the guarantee my gun met their accuracy standard, even though I rarely got three shot groups less than an inch and a half. The bell curve is real.
I sold it with disclosure and moved on.

My tikka's have been exceptionally accurate. The only person I know that had complained about tikka was our favorite gun tuber from Tennessee. Now my upr hates Remington ammo but so did my savage & my buddies t/c hated it too.

Factory 7PRC ammo quality and consistency is a huge dumpster fire right now. It seems that most manufacturers are struggling to source powder and this results in wildly varying accuracy. 7PRC is maybe the worst, as it's right up at the edge of pressure (I've blown primers with factory loads). Hornady specifically is all over the place with even 6.5 Creed and 6.5 PRC loads varying by over 200fps lot to lot.

I doubt it's the Tikka.

I did send one back to beretta about 5 years ago. They tested it and sent ne a new one after a few weeks.
