Tikka Mag issue....

I have a newer Tikka T3 Lite and I had an issue this weekend with the Mag. It would seat and click into place but the rear of the mag would sag 1/4" or so which would not allow feeding from the magazine.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so what was the remedy?

Sounds like somethings broken? Like a little plastic part plastic part.

Check your magazine retention clip and see if it's still in place and not bent or broken.....

Thank you, I'll pull it apart tonight and check it. I just got it back from having the barrel threaded for a muzzle brake so It's possible that this happened during that process.

I use the MT Tactical mags. Much better durability.

Mag sagging in the rear is not a mag issue, thats a gun issue. ^^fix is up there, check mag spring. MT has them if its broken. Or they may have forgotten to put it back on if they pulled trigger to spin on your new barrel.
