Any special tricks to get it back in? Removing was east even though people warned against it. I took a pic of how it went it.

I didn’t check YouTube but figured it can’t be hard. Any words of wisdom? Thanks

Hook a round under the extractor from the side and use it as a lever to compress the spring and pin.

Oh I like that idea thanks. Taking the day off salmon fishing today. I’ll get it back together hopefully

I install bolt body horizontally in a vice, I align the pin slot with the hole for passing the pin through visual before compressing. I then use a brass case to compress the ejector by placing it under the extractor, then straighting it with the bolt body. A helper is handy here. Then use a punch through the retainer Pin hole to ensure it lined up prior to pounding in the pin.

Oh shit I messed up the roll pin🙄had everything lined up fine. I used a 1/16” punch and it split the side of the pin. Guess I need to order one. Glad I waited for deer season to do this
