When I had an issue with mine (scratched brass), I reached out to
@hereinaz, who was happy to help, but said I would probably get faster service if I dealt directly with Preferred.
So, I emailed Preferred, got a reply from a nice guy named Mason, told him what I had and where I got it and what the problem was, and he sent me an RMA form and told me to send it in.
When it arrived at their shop, they immediately opened the box and inspected the barrel (both on and off the action) and told me what the problem was (my ejector spring) and repackaged it like a new barrel and sent it back to me. No charge.
