I picked up my PH2 7 PRC with OEM carbon fiber magazine. Zero issues feeding factory Federal TA 170 or Barnes LRX. Maybe it's the PH3 bolt causing the issue. From your feedback and my single feed issues with PH3 6.5 CM, I don't plan to plan to buy any PH3 again. Seekins had a phenomenal thing with the PH2s.

I'm not sure what Amend 2 mag Seekins uses for the long action PH3. If it's the CIP length perhaps the MDT mags would work. They sell a few CIP length mags.

It's a design flaw with the long action carbon fiber magazines as mentioned above by MCGHeel and I. There are dozens of us with the same issue. Not the bolt. It's a hit or miss with the mag. I ran 180 eld-x and 175 eld-x and they both tip down on the last round. At the range I replicated quick bolt throws in a hunting scenario. In one of my magazines every single 3rd round jammed forward. The other mag probably jams every 6 to 12. I can't have that happen unfortunately. My new AP mag is a different story. I love it. In the near future I'll be picking up another ph3 in 6.5 PRC as the magazine issue can be remedied with the aftermarket.
