Have been looking for bottom metal (plastic) for an older Tikka 695 (long action) with no luck due to the model being discontinued or sold out. Finally have a possible option in talking with Tom Lumley with Lumley Arms in that he would be willing to produce the LA bottom metal if he had interest from 25 customers.
Have seen dozens of threads where folks were either looking to upgrade or replace bottom metal in these older Tikka’s…please let me know if this is still of interest to anyone? Note that this would be specific to the 695 (Long Action) bottom metal…not sure his needs to start producing a short action option but happy to help investigate.
