223 is notoriously hard to get low velocity deviation. Even with the best load technique.

Take velocity while zeroing for 10 rounds and extrapolate that on your solver. Your cone of fire will become an oval of fire at some point.

I use an RCBS Uniflow dispenser to throw charges for my .223. I check weigh every 15th charge or so.

My goal is 23.5 grains but some are 23.4, some are 23.6.

So the question, how much impact does plus or minus 0.1 grain potentially have on accuracy?

I've read that volume is more important than weight.

Either way I wouldnt worry about it. That set screw didnt move. Keep the powder filled up an get after it, paying attention to how consistent you are when you set the lever back down. That makes a difference! I'll get it dialed in and then throw 100+ charges without checking it.
