Thoughts on the 6.5-300 Weatherby Mag

I always get a kick out of it when guys think buying a different cartridge is going to magically extend their range.

I worked with a guy who shot a 300wsm for moose, he bought a 6.5 creedmoor because he “always” saw caribou at 1000yds so he wanted a gun for that.
