I started to check some of his other forum posts (rickt300 is on loads of them), but then I realized how much (more) of a chump that made me. As for 16bore, I think he failed to remember we have some women members who could at least kick my a$$.

But I’m on the fence - about shaving other than when I got my vasectomy.

I prefer mens nair before hunting season. Lessens the chafe unless ya leave it on for to long and then can't tell if its chemical burns or something worse

you have to be pretty gritty to climb 6000 vertical miles with nut stubble working on you up the mountain.... you have to be tough to shave your balls. sounds like a lot of torture for minimal gain... my hat is off to the ball shavers....

I like the forum because I can read about others experiences, get advice and nerd out on gear without sifting through a bunch of crap that is just irritating. But to be honest if all of the gear forums were replaced by political and 2A forums it would save me a great deal of money every year.

Shaving your balls before a hunt all just depends on the length of the hunt. If your hunt is longer than 4-5 days you are taking a serious risk that the hair starts to grow back mid hunt in the itchiest and most irritating way possible. Shave responsibly fellow hunters.

probably not as well, at least in September, they just don't have that much hair on their balls.

i wish there was more middle ground, but these days there is none.... you have to have radical views or your views don't matter.

At this point being on any sort of middle ground makes me think of Chesty Puller when he was told their position was surrounded "those poor bastards... now we can shoot in any direction."

Unfortunately I lack Chesty's fortitude and get tired of shooting in any direction. I deleted Facebook over four years ago for that reason, this is the first social media I have been part of since.

Related advise from the field, but might be taking the thread off track: If you hunt with a kilt, nothing else covering your tenders, and it's cold, ball shaving is not recommended.
