I'd much rather see naked women than naked dudes. There is a big difference between a naked dude and a clothed dude.
Well, if I have to look, yes. But I don't have to actually "see" the naked dude. Now, a naked hot woman, no matter how hard I try to act normal, that is something I cannot ignore.

I've started getting to the gym really early, around 5:45 AM. Since moving to those hours, the stupid things I see in the gym have really dropped off. People don't tend to do stupid things with bosu balls at 6 AM and I've yet to see anyone hitting the tire with a sledge hammer at that hour either. Don't care what ya'll say, unless you have a giant wood pile and no log splitter, that's not training.

But, if you have a giant wood pile and no log splitter you wouldn't need to hit the tire.

I go to a small gym that has some HIIT (think discount crossfit) and my class is usually me and 3-4 incredibly attractive women in stretchy pants. I don't dare "notice" anything but I still look :ROFLMAO:

I am not really a fitness person and dont go to the gym. Took weights in high school.

My all time favorite was a kid that was a year younger than me had his wanna be body builder dad come to max day. His dad had all these special wraps and braces for him to wear. Not really sure why a forty year old dude hung around the gym with a bunch of high school kids for an hour but to each their own I guess. He would also randomly show up throughout the year and just hang out.

I would go to a gym and do cardio when I was in high school. There was a college aged girl that would come in and it was a quality viewing experience when she did. Anyways, I was on an elliptical and she was on the treadmill a couple rows in front of me. Dude gets on next to me and about 10 minutes later, him and I make eye contact while taking a break from staring at her ass. I say "been chasing it for 20 minutes and havent gotten any closer." We both had a take a break because we were laughing too hard.

Thats all I got.

The worst thing I’ve seen in the gym (multiple times, unfortunately) is some dude taking a dump, walking straight out of the stall without washing his hands, and walking over to pick up dumbbells that everyone else is using.

I saw enough nasty hygiene at local gyms to convince myself to invest in a garage gym. The convenience, privacy, and cleanliness is super nice.

My oversized detached 4 car garage was turned into an office, gun room, and gym, while still leaving 1/3rd of it as a garage for projects and storage.

Haven't been to a "gym" in 4 years other than in my garage, playing my music, with only my sweat and farts on the equipment.

This thread makes me feel very blessed.

This thread has been a good reminder why I made a home gym about 4-5years ago now. Just step out into the garage do the deed and go back to life.

Agreed on the home gym, blessed as well. The only crazy things I see now are when I try something dumb and hurt myself. My son works out at a CrossFit gym and a MMA/BJJ dojo (?) and he has some good stories. When the 80+ year old middle eastern guy started walking thru the locker room buck naked trying to talk to people @ the YMCA, that was my sign for a home gym. Wont ever look back!

We have a home gym, I miss going to the gym only for the stuff I used to see.

My wife loves to give me hell about it, she still hits the gym as we don't have all the same machines and her coach (hot Russian gal) wants her on this certain stair stepper we don't have at home. So she goes. She always tells me about all the chicks in their booty shorts. I just lift and home and walk the treadmill.

God bless whoever made these acceptable to wear in public. There are a few at the gym I go to who wear them well. I just go to a different area mid-set if they set up near by. I know my limitations on not being able to look even when I make a point not to.
I had never seen spandex outside of the gym until we moved to Australia about 15 years ago. We spent 3 years there, and "yoga" pants had started to become a big deal there. But really only with smoking hot chicks.

We moved back to the USA and I was devastated to find out that fatties wore them too.

Even here in Germany, they are the standard pants for most women.

I have a 60 year old co-worker who works out daily, she has never had a child and her body looks like she's 30. She found work pants that are yoga pants. Good times.

I may have more stories to share soon. I just partnered with a couple of guys to open our own gym. Bought a bunch of equipment (equal to the cost of a nice guided Alaskan moose hunt). Need to make some changes to the building and hope to open by mid-January..if it all goes to hell, I'll have an awesome home gym.
