Things to pack for 7k + elevation September hunts

Planning on hunting the northern Cascades in WA mid Sept. the area sits in the 7-9+k elevation. Haven’t done much higher elevation hunting so wanted to see what people included in their packs for these types of hunts that may not come to mind for the 5k and below areas. Thanks.

Puffy and rain gear. If camping at 9K, temp swings are larger, maybe a warmer bag than you would take otherwise.

Duct tape? I was in an area that had these weird large beetles that would slowly climb up your leg, under a belt and rest on your stomach. They didn’t bite, but holy cow did it scare the pants off a group of Wyoming kids! Lol

I have no idea what they were or what their range is.

I always pack a small rain fly or tarp on higher elevation hunts to protect myself from the sun and rain.

Good rain gear, tarp, and bear spray for sure. I also always bring a good set of gaiters.
