Yes. That scope is a ground up design- quite expensive and a 2 plus year lead time. If this first scope does what it is supposed to and sells enough to make it worth it, a correct compact scope will be pursued.

If this is ever released I'm definitely in for one. With the current specs it's questionable if I'll get one or not.

@Ryan Avery and @Unknown Munitions: seeing as you said the scope is sleek and sexy, and that you want a badass name, my humble suggestion is to make the main body black, and use brown for the turret caps.

Meant to address the SWFA 3-9x part. It is a very good scope- the best in that power range regardless of brand, model, or cost. At $599 it is going to fu you ally impossible to beat it. But, the design it isn’t what I would choose currently if making a new one.

The best dog we have ever had when our kids were at home, a Weimaraner with ears and tail. That dog has never been replaced yet. Boomer, and he passed in 2005. A once in a lifetime dog he was.

They look amazing with ears and tail. And there's no good reason to dock them; it's becoming illegal in more countries.

They're also even better when they're spelt properly with two ns at the end.

I'm excited for it to come out. I am starting to get rid of all my questionable chinesium 6061 scopes. Too bad it won't be out for a while.
