The Shoot2hunt Podcast

I think there was beef between UM and alpha during the early days of UM.
That’s what I was thinking, seemed to recall some hard feelings.
I forgot about that. But alpha brass is top quality for sure.
Oh no doubt, it deserves to be included in the discussion with ADG and Lapua…but they never mentioned it on the reloading podcast with exception of saying it was made in the US.

Unknown Munitions started life as Alpha Unknown. Alpha Munitions sent them a cease and desist.

I have never used Alpha Munitions brass so I can't speak from experience.
Forgot you guys discussed this on a podcast. Funny that "Alpha" wound be considered unique, but " "Munitions" is fair play. Lame on their part

I’m supposed to believe that Ryan used to reload a moderate 15-20,000 rounds a year, but doesn’t know what an expanding mandrel is??…. Suspicious 🥸 hahaha
I've never listened to the podcast, but your post made me think. What the hell do I say? So I went and listened to it yesterday while bear hunting. Damn, my ADHD shines though... I did a podcast with Jay(Mindful Hunter) a few weeks ago, and it made me realize my brain is like a horders house... shit everywhere. HAHA

Lmao!!! I enjoy the ADHDism honestly.

And in all fairness, you have WAY more years of storage to go through in your brain, than I do in mine 😉👴🏼 hahaha

On the reloading podcast there was some question about if bushing dies are always superior or just generally better. The internet told me that non-bushing FL sizing dies have generally made more concentric cases than bushing dies when compared. I like that standard dies size the whole neck, are less prone to creating donuts, and cost less. So I ’m on the honed Forster FL die bandwagon.
