Intel (INTC) – Intel has been expanding its foundry business, particularly in the U.S. and Europe. A disruption to TSMC could accelerate its position as a key supplier.

This is simply just not true.
You should also know that target date fund composition will vary widely depending on the time horizon. Throwing out “they average 4-6%” wouldn’t even be an applicable way to discuss their returns. A 2030 fund compared to a 2070 fund is vastly different.
My "safe" money goes into ARCC.Maybe it’s just been the 401k administrators I’ve dealt with, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a target date fund doing better than 6%, glad to hear some of them do better but I am not gonna park my money in a subpar asset just because it’s “safe”

Tesla made a predictable jump after getting the well publicized presidential endorsement - things almost always get a bump from his well orchestrated announcements and endorsements. Every financial news reporting entity ran photos on this story - hardly political. $233 to $247 is an easy 6% one day bump.unrelated political posts removed

For guys who didn’t know about it, or don’t see how predictable these opportunities are they missed out.
CPI 2.8% (annual rate) vs 3% expectation? That’s good news. Sort of.Couldn’t have been that inflation came in lower than expected.
So we saw a ton of green across the board because one company got an executive endorsement not because inflation took a positive turn. Right!!!Not that it didn't help that company but it wasn't the only reason for today. I'll add another little anecdote: Most all that turned today bounced off support so there was that as well. AAPL didn't get the memo and isn't sitting so pretty at the moment

Big volume the last couple of days putting the brakes on the slide.Green looks pretty concentrated in a few tech companies. News suggests large buyers bought the dip in the recent big tech lows.
Good info^Big volume the last couple of days putting the brakes on the slide.
Yep good time for it IMO, let things settle for indexes and grab the really oversold names in the meantime for swings.Good info^
I bought some more stuff. I'm slowly going back up to fully invested. I bought more META, MLPX, GS, TSM, AMZN.
Historically it's a good time to buy at 10% down....though I do think GDP wise we will be slogging along for close to a year- we have to with all of the moving towards efficiency/merit based policy....the short term layoffs will be a short term drag. Thus I'm cherry picking stocks and not doing my usual index buying.
