Wasn’t saying cdev isn’t a good company or a good buy. Just more trying to understand why a few of you were so high on it and what you guys look for with stocks. Hopefully I didn’t come across as doubting it or anything like that.
I’ve always paid attention to the stock market and individual stocks even though I haven’t bought anything outside of my 401k’s. The stock market has always intrigued me. I really wish I had the guts to invest in oil or some oil companies as I think we will laugh at how cheap it is today a year from now.

I hope so too! I don't have many 'wildcard' buys. FET, GTE, CDEV, CPE are among them and all but CDEV are 3-4K shares. I just didn't want to look back on this timeframe with huge regret for not buying stocks that exploded in mere months or years.
I've shared some of my personal solid buys, and they are far less volatile than the aforementioned.
Everything right now is crazy out there, it's a rodeo.

I hope you are right. I spent $100 at $.46. I’ll gamble a bit but I’m pretty conservative. But if it hits $3 I got my Montana deer tag next year paid for!

Thanks for the ER...do you know what time that was released? Was that before the 1.03 -- .60 slide?

I was on the road so I’m not entirely sure. They have the company conference call at 10 am so hopefully after a slight dip this am it will start to climb with crude prices on the rise

I picked up some AFL, T, AXTA. Aflac and ATT should be good long term, AXTA was just a bit of a gamble. They do commercial truck coatings BRK owns a bunch of it, so what the heck.

I looked it up yesterday and risky short term but has potential because states are opening up . So being the risky fool bought 10 k shares yesterday. And will flip today probably at 18 per cent gain.

Bought some FET yesterday at .39. Shot up today. Probably dump APA if it goes above 13 again today for some gains and buy more EOG or XOM.

Update on my Vanguard question from yesterday.

The sell order did not go through since it was hit after hours. That's good since it was a falling knife I my position would have most likely sold for much, much lower than the .7 I had set. Not CDEV is somewhere around .9 or so. Id like to hold long and hoping that the 10am conference call sheds some light on future planning and budgetary concerns.

What do you guys think of DIS? With the economy beginning to open, so should they. In addition to Disney+, they own a majority of ESPN. I also heard on the radio this morning that the NBA is in talks with them to host the some or all of the remaining games. This would include housing staff and players at the hotels. Something to look at here?

I also bought-- 2k worth a couple of days ago. I almost bought Friday when it went from .55 to .77 in about an hour.
Just an in and out stock.

Picked up some more AAL when it hit 9.51

Sold CPE for some quick profits. Bought some volatile ACDVF when it hit 12.28. short term airline. I might hold on to some long term.

Bought a 5 k shares of REED yesterday and sold for a quick return today .

I’ve been watching them as well as other motor companies, looking for a good time to get in
