ONCE AGAIN, please refrain from political posts on this thread, there had been plenty of good vs bad tariff posts already on rokslide, please keep these posts on investing and stocks etc. If it's not directly related to investing it will be removed.

With all due respect, how can one talk about investing and stocks without talking about the macro event moving the market?

I'll stop using the T word.

Easy, just mention the event, not go off on a tangent about politics...

Perfect example, typing "I'll stop using the T word" is exactly what you should not do in this thread.

Made some major buys of msty, and some tsla and mstr on Monday and Tuesday. I'll try catching a falling knife when it's stocks i believe in. I don't need the exact bottom but I'll take every sale i can get. Up really nice today.

Same! I added MSTX and MSTY yesterday and Monday…

I bought in too early last week so im trying to get to even on a few. I did swing a few bills into my pocket today and got out of a couple bad buys without losing.

Who thinks there is a correction tomorrow? China tariffs still on from what I saw. Is that correct?

I wouldn’t buy any large move up or down with policy changing with the wind direction

My understanding is that there is no pause or reprieve for China, Mexico or the Snow Mexicans
Or steel and aluminum for EU etc. The tariff delay basically released pent up fanboydom to throw money back into the market. The fact that Apple was up 15% when they’re still made in China is decoupled from actual business news or earnings. People had fear of missing out and frothed the market higher. It’ll bounce around over the next few weeks but uncertainty and tariffs as a whole make it difficult for most business to ensure profit, at least in the short term.

It's all about credit markets, the 10yr and credit spreads will run the show, that's why the administration blinked today

Is this the dead cat bounce or am I kicking myself for not buying the lows to dca down my positions yesterday? Emotions suck lol. Market manipulation feels like its at an all time high. Wishing I added to my
Voo
Amazon
Nvidia
Etc..
