any chance of seeing an OGL 6.5?
Heard one a 6UM at the range, and it sounded good.
Rezeroed my rifle with the US Reaper on it today. Since the last zero check, the scope had been removed from the rail and reinstalled and the Stealth Project Recon replaced by the US Reaper. 1st sighter was high and left. Over corrected on the 1st adjustment and second sighter was right and low. Made one more adjustment and the next ten clustered into a .548” group well centered in the bullseye. The Reaper definitely has no adverse effects on how this rifle shoots. Also shot a six round group to test a different load. Shot all 18 shots with no ear pro just to get a feel for how quiet it is, and it is very, very quiet. Tone is more of a crack than a thud, but did I mention it’s quiet? I’m impressed.Got my Reaper out of jail today and so far, I’m very impressed. About 1.5” shorter than and noticeably lighter than my Stealth Project Recon. The Reaper might be a little higher pitched, but it is much, much quieter. The 1.5” reduction in length and 4oz lighter weight is a very noticeable improvement in handling on my 20” .308, even when just getting in and out of the side-by-side. I’ve only put two shots through it so far. The first was the slow-down shot on this running coyote at about 120 yards, and the second a finisher. I guess it didn’t change the zero much. I’ll know more when I put it on paper tomorrow.

I’ll probably be paying CA the 155.00 too. I guess I never fully understood the SC hate, I bought at least 5 silencers from them and I’ll admit I was BSd the first time around into the banish 30/22, after that, when I’d call I’d just tell them what I wanted and was never pressured. I also didn’t have any delays that I can remember on the front end of the purchases. All that said, I’ll still use CA moving forward.
It does look nice. I think I’m going to get a reaper and an airlock here in the next few months. Just what I need.
How heavy is your 7 PRC? Mine is 8.5 lbs with ammo and the reaper. Recoil is fairly mild but the muzzle jumps pretty good. I was debating the SRS brake to try and take the muzzle jump but maybe I’ll hold off.
That is an important detail that I left out. This is a 12 pound rifle before bipod and suppressor.
To me it sounded like both had some "first round pop", but the Reapers change was more drastic. It sounded like it's first shot was loudest and second quietest, and the Nomad fell in between. Tough call listening over a computer, would you agree?
I can’t notice a difference between either while behind the rifle. I think in this video it’s more of an issue with an iPhone under a tin roof. You can also hear the interstate in the back ground so not a great set up or environment to compare.
