Thanks Dude.41.5 grains of H4350
Thanks Ope. You using H4350 also? I have some IMR4350, but no H4350. May have to buy some.95 NBT’s have been stable out of my Tikka with a 10 twist.
For those of you loading the 95gr NBT, what powder are you finding best accuracy with? Thanks.
Lots of good bullet suggestions on this thread... maybe too many? I am unfamiliar with this cartridge, but inherited a 99 in 243 Win so thinking the 6.5 PRC will stay at home next fall and will give the 99 a try. As a 60s era rifle with a rather peculiar action, any specific bullet(s) known to work best with a 99?
I'm taking the 108's all day long for the better ballistics personally. I only have one data point on elk but it was very impressive at 450 yds. The 95's shot well in my 1:8 Tikka, though they have a ridiculously short ogive and need to be seated deeper than 108's...Do yall like the 95 gr NBT over a 108 ELDM or 103 ELDX? Assuming 8 twist barrel and hand loads.

First year with the 108 ELDM has resulted in quick kills but I can’t imagine that the 103 eldx or the 95 nbt would have performed too much different. If you plan on shooting longer ranges I would stick with the 108 or 103. That being said the furthest shot I have taken this season was 399 with the 108.
