@2buffalo is coming from though. The action is done. Last I saw was that they were having accuracy issues and Iain said they were going to try different throating and twist rates if I recall correctly. It’s not the manufacturing of new parts that seems to be the hold up, it’s a company that has said themselves that they are not experts in the gunsmith world. Their strength is that they are willing to accept mistakes, make changes and commit to a quality control process that other companies don’t hold themselves to.
If you don’t like that, then the gun isn’t for you. It’s not for me, but then a lot of us here are more than capable of putting together a bulletproof rifle on our own with a more than proven Tikka platform.
