This is clearly the 6UM thread for all time. I'm looking to build my first rifle and am leaning towards this cartridge. Is there somewhere in the 84 pages that discusses different build specs? I'm thru like page 22 but am now looking for the cliff notes hehehehe.

Or should I start a new thread just for advice on components for a new 6UM build?

20" 7.5tw seems to be the barrel length

Tikkas is the action you want. It feeds that short 40-degree case better than any Remington clone I have seen. A 20” barrel 7.5 will get you around 3290 with a 115 Dtac.

For 6UM-30 chambered barrels and ADG’s 6UM 30 brass, what pilot number and analyze code are being used on the AMP annealer to get your anneal setting?
